The delivery approach at Dar Al Ma'arifa - Egypt branch is same-day delivery or within 6 days, depending on your geographic area. Please make sure to provide us with a fixed shipping address as much as possible due to shipping company routes in your area.

Additionally, there are items that may require more time for preparation depending on the nature of the product. In the case of urgent orders, please contact customer service, and we will do our utmost to assist you.

Your signature will be required on the invoice copy to confirm receipt of the products as indicated in the invoice. The order will be delivered to the address registered in the order, and the signature of any person present at this address will be considered as your receipt of the order.

If we arrive at the registered address and no one is present, please contact customer service to arrange another delivery time. The company will not be responsible for any order that exceeds 3 days from the initial delivery date. Please note that if you are not available at the agreed-upon delivery time twice, additional delivery fees will be charged thereafter.

The delivery fee is 50 Egyptian pounds per order (within Cairo), and for other cities in the Republic, shipping is done through domestic shipping companies at a cost of approximately 75 Egyptian pounds, depending on the distance of the governorate from Cairo.
